Account Information: Username, email address, and password (securely hashed)
Lead Data: Property addresses, contact information, notes, and status updates you enter into the system
Usage Data: Search criteria, automated property finder settings, and skip trace activity
Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe; we do not store complete payment card details

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and maintain our property lead management platform
Process subscription payments and skip trace credit purchases
Search for distressed properties using third-party APIs (ATTOM, BatchData)
Send email notifications about your leads and account (if enabled)
Improve our services and develop new features

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

Property Prospektr uses the following third-party services:

ATTOM Data Solutions: Property data API for finding distressed properties
BatchData: Property search and skip tracing API for contact information
Stripe: Payment processing for subscriptions and credit purchases
PostgreSQL (Neon): Secure database hosting for your account and lead data

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data shared with APIs is limited to property addresses for search purposes.

4. Data Security

We implement security measures to protect your data:

Passwords are hashed using industry-standard encryption (Werkzeug)
All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption
Payment card information is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
Database access is restricted and monitored
API keys and secrets are stored securely as environment variables

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access: View all data associated with your account
Export: Download your leads as CSV files
Delete: Request account deletion (contact support)
Modify: Update your account information and preferences
Opt-Out: Disable email notifications in your profile settings

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

Account Data: Retained while your account is active
Leads: Stored indefinitely unless you delete them
Payment Records: Retained for tax and legal compliance (7 years)
Deleted Accounts: Permanently removed within 30 days of deletion request

7. Cookies & Tracking

Property Prospektr uses minimal cookies:

Session Cookies: Required for authentication (auto-deleted on logout)
Remember Me: Optional persistent login (you control this)

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies from third parties.

8. Children's Privacy

Property Prospektr is intended for business and professional use. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.

Your central hub for managing leads. View all your properties, filter by status or distress type, and track your pipeline. You can quickly see pending leads, contacted properties, and closed deals. Use the search bar to find specific addresses or filter by priority score.

Manually add properties you find outside the platform. Enter the address, select a distress type, add any notes, and set the priority. Great for properties you find through driving for dollars, networking, or other sources.

Visualize your performance with charts and statistics. See conversion rates, lead sources, status distribution, and trends over time. Track which distress types convert best and optimize your strategy accordingly.

Set up automated property searches that run daily. Choose your target ZIP codes or draw a radius on the map, select which distress types to look for, and set how many properties to find. New leads are automatically added to your dashboard. Use "Run Now" to trigger an immediate search.

Collaborate with your team. Create a team, invite members with different roles (Admin, Manager, Member), share leads, and track who's working on what. Assign leads to specific team members and monitor team-wide performance.

Schedule automated reports delivered to your inbox. Choose daily, weekly, or monthly reports in PDF or Excel format. Filter by status, distress type, priority range, or date range. Perfect for keeping stakeholders informed or tracking progress.

Find owner contact information (phone numbers and emails) for your leads. Click the "Skip Trace" button on any lead to retrieve contact details. Bulk skip tracing available for processing multiple leads at once. Uses your skip trace credits.
