Common Questions

The automated property finder runs daily at 9 AM and searches for distressed properties based on your saved search criteria. You can configure searches by ZIP code or map radius, choose distress types (foreclosure, vacant, etc.), and set the number of properties to find per search. The system uses real property data from ATTOM and BatchData APIs.

Skip trace credits are used to find owner contact information (phone numbers and email addresses) for your property leads. Each credit allows you to look up one property. Credits can be purchased separately or included with Pro/Enterprise subscriptions. The cost is approximately $0.01 per lookup with 76% accuracy.

Property Prospektr uses enterprise-grade APIs (ATTOM Data Solutions and BatchData) for real-time property data. We never show mock or fake data. ATTOM provides comprehensive property records and distress indicators. BatchData specializes in owner contact information with 76% right-party contact accuracy. All data is sourced from public records and proprietary databases.

Basic ($49/month): Dashboard, manual lead management, CSV export
Pro ($119/month): Everything in Basic + automated daily searches, map view, analytics, 100 skip trace credits/month
Enterprise ($249/month): Everything in Pro + team collaboration, 250 skip trace credits/month, priority support

Yes! You can export all your leads to CSV format from the dashboard. The export includes addresses, status, distress type, contact information, notes, and dates. This makes it easy to integrate with your existing CRM or use the data in spreadsheet applications.
